I’m reading this series at the moment and am currently on the third. What a great series and what a good pick. I’m going to a meet and greet with her next week and am hoping she’ll talk a little about this book.

This is my favorite series of all time. Maybe even better than Twilight.

Why couldnt she just post the first chapter EARLIER?!?! i think everyone agrees that we love this book and that we should be able to read the chapter!!!! i’m dying here! I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT ITTT!!!!!!
I can’t wait for this to come out! I dont know what upset me more. Dimitri turning into Strigoi or Rose leaving Lissa. Both made me cry…I just hope that Rose doesnt go Strigoi in the 4th, that will ruin the the entire series. Is anyone else brain thinking up insane ideas for this one??? I’ve got a few i could think of! Come on AUGUST lol. Ohh..and House of Night is freakin awesome too, can’t wait for the 6th in that one. October everyone.

i totally agree with you the house of night series is really good!! you should try reading the night world series or the vampire diaries series… there both really good but the night world series is kinda long…. but i think twililght isnt the best… its really good but i think she rushed the last book…
i totally agree with u! about the house of night series being awsome and the vampire diaries, i havent read the night world series yet but i do think stepheine meyer rushed breaking dawn but i guess u cant really blam her TONS of ppl were all excited for it and ubsesed so how could ya end it? *sigh* oh well, but im uber excited for blood promise, counting down the days! and im really looking foward to the 6th house of night book, is it just me or did it seem a little…short? i really wanna kno about aphrodites other vision of Zoe dying!!! the one when shes drowning and whats Stevie hiding!? and why was Erik all creepy possive and stuff!!!?? sorry! just freaking out! and that was buggin me bout her book!
Hey i feel exactly the same about all the books you mentioned i love Vampire acacdemy series I have a theory about whats gonna happen in Blood promise in Shadow kiss the fortune teller tells Rose that “you will destroy that which is undead” okay this is my theory and is the only way i can wait till August is that Rose finds Dimitri maybe captures hm??? then
she stakes him kills him and Lisa brings him back and both Dimitri and Rose will be Shadow kissed with Lisa?? what do ya reckon its the only way i dont get depressed about it all lol

i know!! i keep thnking that maybe lissa will jump in and, like, magically save dimitri with her wicked spirit healing thingy! or maybe she will kill dimitri and go back to lissa ((if that happens, im not reading the series anymore. not kidding.)) there are TONS of possibilities and i have SO MUCH anticipation!!!!!!!!! argh! its so frusterating!

I really enjoyed reading the first 3 books of Vampire Academy. I can’t wait until July when she posts the first chapter of blood promise. I can’t wait to read about how rose will save dimitri.
i hate this series. okay, thats a lie i love it! but i hate the ending ((i dont want to say it for those of us that havent read the end of shadow kiss)) of shadow kiss. the ending was horrible and i hated it. but i LOVED the 1st 2nd and most of the 3rd book… is anyone else seriously pissed at richelle mead for doing this to demitri and rose, or is it just me??
we cant change the past…..but i dont think Dimitri will die….richelle mead is well aware of how badly we want Rose & Dimitri to be together….she herself described them as two halves of a whole….so i think Richelle will come up with something to save Dimitri….and she said that Rose was going to Russia to find Dimitri and on her way she would meet many Dhampir communities…..and she also said that there would be more of Adrian in BP…so may be Lissa with the help of Adrian will bring Dimitri back to life,after Rose kills Dimitri,the Strigoi……..and being Shadow kissed and having the connection to the other world,i think Rose will be able to find Dimitri’s soul…..
Omg i cannot wait for blood promise to come out…i am flooding with excitement ahhhhh…..i really want to know what richelle mead has in store for us…..what will happen to rose and dimitri hopefully its something good……i love dimitri and want both rose and him to be together…..cant wait ahhhh!
i hate reading, but i love this saga and twilight saga, i am writing a book of my own…i think, i don’t have the book…yet, but i think Mason wouldn’t lie to rose, even if he is jealous, he is no jerk. i do think dimitiri is a strigoi but i think if she does save him, she will feel bad about adrian. i think if she does kill him, she’ll go back to the academy and instead of being lissa’s gardian, i think she will be adrians. anyways i guess i will wait and find out.
i soooo totally agree with you there. i mean if she kills Dimirti, thenshe’ll probably have to bne adrains gaurdian cause she wont be able to handle the guilt of leaving Lissa to kill him. Plus, she’ll get along with Adrain well enough(even if he does have a bit of a thing for her)
i justmhope everything turns out well and she saves Dimitri and Adrain finds someone instead of hitting on Rose all the time.
